How do I sign my child up for Retakes?

Your child is automatically signed up for retake day if they missed picture day. If they did have photos taken but you would like them to have retakes done, sign up using the retake form below.

Please make sure to fill out the Retake Form above at least 3 business days prior to your school's scheduled retake day.

We export and send the retake list to the school 3 business days before the Retake Day. If you sign up after this deadline, both Cahill and the school will not have your student's name on the retake list. If you miss the deadline to sign up for retakes, please call the school and/or Cahill as soon as possible to see if your student can be added. 

If your child will not be available on the designated retake day, feel free to call or email to set up an in-person makeup appointment at our studio.

If retake photos are taken after November 1st, we can not guarantee that your child’s retake photo will be used in the class composites or yearbook.
