I never received my Digital Download

Digital Downloads are delivered via email to the email address on your order, not the email associated with your child's gallery. For example, if you receive updates and links from Cahill in your main email address, but you used your partner's email address on the order, the link to the downloads will go to your partner's email. 

The download links come from a "no-reply" email and can sometimes get lost in junk or spam folders. Please check your junk and spam, or search your email for no-reply@imagequix.com 

If you added Retouching to your order, your download will not be sent immediately as our production team makes those changes manually.
