How do I download the Digital Download?

Look for an email from no-reply@imagequix.com, and click the 'Download Now' button.

On Windows Computer

1. Click 'Download Images Now' 

2. A new browser window will appear, click 'Download Now' 

3. Your files will automatically download to your computer's downloads folder unless prompted to a different folder. The files are downloaded as a zipped file that will need to be 'extracted' in order to access. 

4. Right click on the zipped folder and select 'Extract All'

5. From here you can choose where you would like to save your file(s)

On iPhone

1. Click 'Download Images Now' 

2. A new browser window will appear, click 'Download Now' 

3. Select 'More...'

4. Select 'Save to Files' 

5. Choose a folder to save your files to

6. From there, navigate to your phone 'Files' folder app

7. Find the downloaded folder, open it, and click on your image

8. Click the 'share' icon in the lower left hand corner

9. Choose 'Save Image' 

10. Your image will now be available in your phone photos
