How long are my photos available?

Galleries remain online through July 15th of that school year.

Photo galleries are archived on July 15th of each year. 

All photos taken during the year between July 16th and July 14th of the following year will be archived at the same time. (i.e. photos taken from July 16th, 2025 to July 14th, 2026 will all be archived on July 15th, 2026).

We keep all photo galleries in our archives indefinitely, but there is a 'Storage Fee' to access and purchase them after their archive. The original link will expire when the gallery is archived, and to access previous years' galleries you will need a new link.
